Vevelmo is a travel diary intended for preserving your travel memories. During your trip you can collect geolocations of interesting places, name them, and when you get home revisit them on your TV. You will see on a map exactly where you were and where you went as your vacation progressed. You will see the date and time of each place you visited. You can relive your trip day by day.

You can also share your journey, so your friends can travel with you, watching each place you visited with you on your TV. You can protect shared memories from unauthorized access by setting up a travel PIN.

Vevelmo consists of the mobile app used for collecting geolocations of visited places during a trip and a Smart TV app for watching the journey progress on a map like a movie.

You don’t have to connect your mobile phone to your TV set and split your attention between a mobile control app and the results you see on the TV.

The geolocations can be collected not only manually, at the touch of a button, but also automatically from time to time, as frequently as once per minute, to every 7 days. It can be useful when your hands are busy, for example when you are driving or bushwhacking. You can also set up the hour and minute when a geolocation collection should automatically start.

In addition, to access the built in Network source of geolocation, which requires Internet access to link the current mobile cells and WiFi properties to a geographic position, the mobile app offers custom sources to overcome this limitation. You can take parameters on mobile cell, WiFi, or both, for use when you are offline, and Vevelmo resolve them to geolocation when you are online. It can be useful when GPS cannot be used, for instance, when you are in-doors, and you don’t have access to the Internet.
